CriticalEdge Group is one of the few companies that has not resorted to the "automated phone attendant". Sometimes, speaking to a live person and being reassured that we will find a solution helps put you at ease and eliminates a lot of stress.

We also learn to understand your own organization’s support needs and tailor our response to fit those needs. Most of all, we strive to do work that will prevent your need for support at all.
