Needs Analysis.
Before recommending a solution, we always conduct a high-level needs analysis. This review of your business system and processes enables us to determine whether we can successfully address your needs and if so, to begin to determine the best solution. Once you’re on board, a project manager will complete a detailed needs analysis that will form the basis of design and setups, reflecting your current practices or improving them.
 
Hardware recommendation. Once we co-determine the best solution, CriticalEdge Group will recommend a hardware configuration and network that will enable you to reach the solution’s fullest potential. At your request, CriticalEdge can help choose a hardware vendor. Likewise, we can discuss other options such as ISPs, hosting, subscription services, and leasing.
 
Project management. CriticalEdge Group’s Project Management Quality Efforts make our services stand above the rest. The project management team directs consulting services, and provides planning and follow-ups to ensure that all issues are addressed quickly — saving time and money.
